任职要求
- 两年以上机器学习、自然语言工作背景，熟悉NLP、大模型相关算法原理，有大模型微调和落地业务的经验更佳 - 具备很强的工程及编码能力，能独立实现和调优算法，熟练掌握Python、java、Shell等中的一种语言 - 有海量数据处理和并行计算开发经验,熟悉Hadoop、Storm、Spark等技术者优先 - 责任心强，有快速学习的能力；目标导向，善于结合具体业务场景，灵活的分析与解决有挑战性的问题 - 有个人技术博客、活跃在各技术社区、有数据挖掘/机器学习相关paper的更佳
工作职责
- 负责大模型LLM在房屋估价、房客匹配、资源分配、云管家销售等实际项目的落地，结合常规机器学习和大模型的优势，助力业务的提效和增长 - 不断跟进前沿技术的发展，探索AI agent在具体业务场景的应用
